Patient list
The patients currently recorded in the OSSE registry are displayed in the patient list which can be opened from the registry dashboard or using the List of patients option in the menu bar. Depending on the current role and the asscociated access persmissions, the list contains:
- Patient's of the location associated with your current role with or without IDAT (identifying data, i.e. full name and date of birth)
- Patient's of all registry locations with or without IDAT
The first column of the patient list shows the PID (i.e., the pseudonym) or the patient's full name and the PID, depending on the permission set associated with your role. The patient’s date of birth is displayed in the second column (if available) while the third column shows the location where the patient was added. The icons in the last column allow you to edit, export or delete the patient and their data.
The columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order by either clicking on the column name or the arrows in the top right corner of the title row. You can search the patient list via the text box (Search), e.g., for a specific location or patient name, and filter for patients with open or reported forms (Filter).
Opening patient records
A patient record can be opened by clicking on the patient's name or PID. From any of the following screens you can return to the patient list by clicking List of patients in the top left corner.
Deleting patients
Patients can be deleted from the list by clicking on the bin icon in the Actions column and confirming the action in the pop-up window. This will remove the respective patient from the patient list and mark him as deleted in the linked identity management. Deleted patients are available in the OSSE.EDC via the Deleted patients button and can be restored along with their data using the icon in the Actions column.
